Our store hours are from  8:30AM to 5:00PM PST - Monday - Friday.

If you should happen to call after office hours... Call back during regular hours and speak directly to a representative or email us at: sales@fashionknockoffs.com with  your questions, orders or inquiries and a representative will contact you shortly thereafter. 

For Returns:  Please email us. Include your name as it appears on the order, a contact phone number where you can be reached, the item number you would like to return and the Order number. An FK representative will contact you with the proper instructions and address for returning a product along with your personal RAN...(Return Authorization Number). Please note: it is MUCH more efficient to email for return authorization than to call. We experience heavy call loads from time to time and you may not get through immediately. Email, however, is promptly responded to throughout each day.
