- Because we are continually updating our website with new products we
are not able to supply a printed catalog.
long will it take to receive my order?
ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed
over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5
business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail from
UPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped.
shipping method do you use?
utilize UPS Ground Service.
you ship internationally?
Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the United States
Postal Service - Air Parcel Post (insured). Delivery time is 5-10 days.

Do you sell wholesale?

your products come with the original designer’s labels on them?
All of our products are inspired designs. We do not sew, glue or emboss
the original designer’s name on our products.

you charge Sales Tax?
business are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they
are located in. Since we are located in Nevada, we are required by law
to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Nevada. No sales tax
applies to all other states or international orders.

we use a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security
of your on-line purchase.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with
your purchase, just email
us for a return authorization and then return it within 7
days and get a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15%
restocking fee). Clearance items, Red Tag Sale items, Super
Blow Out Sale items, or items purchased at wholesale are not included
in this return policy and are non-refundable.
Items that are to be returned, must be in its original shape, free of
any defect. (Please note that you must first email
us for a return authorization number.)
