Okay, let’s talk about how I became a 2x champion. Sounds crazy, right? But it happened, and it was a wild ride. It all started with a simple goal: to get better at what I was doing. I wasn’t aiming for the stars, just wanted to improve, step by step.

First thing I did was to really focus on my weak spots. You know, those things you kinda suck at but never really pay attention to? Yeah, those. I started with identifying them, which was a pain, honestly. But once I knew what they were, I made a plan. I decided I would tackle them head-on. No more sweeping them under the rug. I set a strict schedule, it was not easy at first but worth it. I did training every day. I studied, practiced every day.
Next, I picked out the exercises that actually worked. I mean, not just any random stuff, but the ones that really hit the muscle groups I needed to work on. It wasn’t about doing a ton of different exercises, but about doing the right ones. And I mean, really doing them, with the right form and intensity.
Then came the part about how often I trained. It wasn’t a once-in-a-while thing. Nope. I had to hit those muscles frequently. Not every day, because rest is important, but often enough that they knew I meant business. And each time, I pushed a little harder.
Volume was also key. More reps, more sets. It was tough, and there were days I felt like I couldn’t do another rep. But I pushed through. Slowly increasing the load, week by week. I started to see changes. Not just in how I looked, but in how I felt. Stronger, more resilient. The work was paying off.
And let’s not forget about progression. This was about constantly challenging myself. If something became easy, it was time to up the game. Heavier weights, more reps, harder exercises. It was a never-ending cycle of pushing my limits. And for the betting part, I did some research, found that the 2 odds thing means a 50/50 chance. So I tried that in a soccer game, picked a Double Chance, either Team A wins or draws. Guess what? It worked!
I won two 12-hour ultramarathons in 2023. It was the most exciting experience in my life.

So, there you have it. That’s how I went from an average Joe to a 2x champion. It wasn’t magic. It was hard work, dedication, and a bit of strategy. But most importantly, it was about not giving up, even when things got tough. Because at the end of the day, that’s what separates the champions from the rest. You gotta expect to win and be willing to do what it takes to get there.
